Hundreds of Girl Scouts get set to hit the field with the Miami Dolphins
WHAT:
Miami Dolphins Third Annual Girl Scouts Day
**One-Of-A-Kind Cheerleading Clinic with Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders
**Pre-game Presentation of the Colors & National Anthem
**Girl Scout Family Section for Dolphins Vs. Atlanta Falcons
The Miami Dolphins will host the third annual “Girl Scouts Day” exclusively for the Girl Scouts of Broward County. As a special bonus to this exciting day, 220 Girl Scouts will take part in a private “Cheerleading Clinic” led by the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders. Girl Scouts will be on the field, in groups by age, with the Dolphin Cheerleaders to learn cheerleading basics and choreography for an official Miami Dolphins dance routine.
Girl Scouts, both locally and nationally, actively promotes a national initiative to encourage and support health and fitness specifically designed for girls, their interests and skill levels. The Girl Scouts of Broward County have designed programs and partnered with local sports teams to create activities to demonstrate the benefits of sports participation just for girls.
