Learn About The Girl Scouts

The Girl Scout program helps girls realize their full individual potential and self-worth in partnership with committed adults. Take our tour and see how Girl Scouting can enrich your life and the life of your daughter.
Girl Scouting began in Broward County in 1935 and the council, Girl Scouts of Broward County, Inc., was formed in 1951. Today there are 3.7 million Girl Scouts in North America.
Lifelong friendships are forged in the joy of learning, the satisfaction of a community project well done, an adventure that offers an opportunity to explore new things.
